Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 26, 2026
Last Updated: February 26, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TeslaTouchup.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Tesla Touch Up (“Tesla Touch Up,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site, requesting an estimate, booking an appointment, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

1) Service Area and Mobile Service

Tesla Touch Up is a mobile Tesla paint repair business serving the Phoenix metro area, with primary service across the East Valley including Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, and Scottsdale. We may travel outside these areas depending on scheduling, job type, and travel distance.

Mobile service requires a safe, legal, and workable location (driveway or private parking area is preferred). If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we may reschedule.

2) Services Provided

We provide cosmetic paint-related services for Tesla vehicles, which may include:

  • Tesla paint touch up

  • Tesla scratch repair and scuff repair

  • Tesla rock chip repair (where feasible)

  • Bumper scuff and minor cosmetic refinishing (where feasible)

  • Other small-area cosmetic improvements depending on the damage

Not all damage can be repaired via mobile methods. Deep damage, panel deformation, corrosion, severe edge damage, or issues involving prior repairs/aftermarket coatings may require body shop repair for best results.

3) Estimates (Including Photo Estimates)

Estimates may be provided based on photos/videos and the information you share. Photo estimates are preliminary and can change after in-person inspection. Final pricing may change if:

  • The damage is larger/deeper than shown

  • There are multiple layers of damage (clear coat + paint + substrate)

  • Prior repair work, repainting, wrap/PPF, or coatings affect the repair process

  • Additional issues are discovered once we begin work

4) Scheduling, Arrival Windows, and Access

We schedule mobile appointments in arrival windows rather than exact minute-by-minute times due to travel routes and prior appointments.

You agree to:

  • Provide an accurate service location and contact information

  • Ensure the vehicle is present and accessible at the appointment time

  • Provide reasonable access to the work area (gates, parking rules, etc.)

If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle or location, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation/no-show.

5) Weather, Environmental Conditions, and Rescheduling

Paint work is affected by temperature, wind, dust, and rain. For quality and safety, we may postpone or reschedule due to weather or environmental conditions at the service location. If we reschedule for these reasons, we’ll coordinate the next available appointment.

6) Customer Responsibilities (Before and After Service)

To help us deliver the best result, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the vehicle and damage

  • Disclose prior repairs, repainting, wrap/PPF, ceramic coatings, or damage history that may affect results

  • Keep the area around the damage reasonably clean

  • Follow aftercare instructions provided after service (for example, waiting periods before washing or applying chemicals)

7) Payments and Deposits

Payment is due at completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Some appointments may require a deposit to reserve time and travel. If a deposit is required, we will disclose it before booking. Deposits (when required) are typically applied to the final invoice unless stated otherwise.

8) Cancellations and No-Shows

Mobile appointments reserve travel time and materials.

  • Cancel/reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice: no penalty in most cases.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: may result in a cancellation fee and/or forfeiture of a deposit (if required for the booking).

Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to schedule future appointments.

9) Results, Appearance, and Limitations

Cosmetic paint repair is skilled work, but results depend on real-world factors. You acknowledge:

  • Color matching can vary due to factory paint variance, sun fade, lighting, and panel angle

  • Repairs aim to significantly improve appearance, but may not match a full panel respray performed in a controlled spray booth

  • Some damage may not be fully correctable with mobile methods

We’ll be transparent about what’s realistic before starting work.

10) Lifetime of Ownership Workmanship Guarantee (Non-Transferable)

Tesla Touch Up guarantees our workmanship for the life of the vehicle as long as you own it. This guarantee is non-transferable and ends if the vehicle is sold, traded, or ownership changes.

This guarantee covers workmanship-related issues on the repaired area under normal use. It does not cover:

  • New damage after service (rock chips, impacts, accidents, vandalism)

  • Improper aftercare, harsh chemicals, or abrasive washing that damages the finish

  • Prior repairs/repainting or aftermarket wraps/PPF/coatings that affect adhesion or durability (especially if not disclosed)

  • Modifications or third-party work performed on or near the repaired area after our service

If you believe a workmanship issue exists, contact us promptly with photos so we can evaluate and schedule a correction when appropriate.

11) Refunds and Disputes

Because we provide services (not physical products), most issues are handled by correction under the Lifetime of Ownership Workmanship Guarantee.

Refunds are considered only when:

  • The concern is confirmed to be workmanship-related, and

  • We cannot reasonably correct the issue after evaluation and a reasonable opportunity to fix it.

If you have a concern, contact us first so we can resolve it. Chargebacks filed without giving us a reasonable chance to evaluate and correct may delay resolution.

12) Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, and design) is owned by Tesla Touch Up or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without authorization.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation.

13) Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (maps, social platforms, payment portals). We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tesla Touch Up will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service at issue.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
