Welcome to TeslaTouchup.com (the “Site”), operated by Tesla Touch Up (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Site, requesting an estimate, booking service, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

1) Services

Tesla Touch Up provides mobile cosmetic paint repair services for Tesla vehicles across the Phoenix metro area, including Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, and Scottsdale (and we may travel further upon request). Services may include paint touch up, scratch repair, scuff repair, chip repair, and other cosmetic refinishing depending on the damage and what is feasible on-site.

Important: Not every type of damage can be repaired via mobile service. Some repairs may require a body shop due to depth, location, severity, material type, corrosion, or prior repair conditions.

2) Estimates and Photos

  • Estimates may be provided based on photos/videos and your description of the damage.

  • Photo-based estimates are preliminary and may change after an in-person inspection.

  • Final pricing may change if the actual damage differs from what was shown or described, or if additional issues are discovered during service.

3) Scheduling, Arrival Windows, and Service Location

Mobile service requires a suitable work location (driveway, private parking, or other safe/legal area with adequate space).

  • You agree to provide accurate address/location details and access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.

  • We may provide an arrival window rather than an exact time due to travel routes, traffic, and prior appointments.

  • If the vehicle is not accessible (wrong address, gated entry, vehicle moved, keys unavailable, etc.), the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

4) Weather and Rescheduling

Automotive paint work is sensitive to weather (temperature, rain, wind, dust). For quality and safety, we may reschedule if conditions are not suitable. If we reschedule, we’ll coordinate the next available time.

5) Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best result, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and contact information

  • Share clear photos when requesting an estimate (if applicable)

  • Ensure the vehicle is reasonably clean around the repair area

  • Remove personal items as needed to access the repair area

  • Disclose any prior repairs, repainting, vinyl wrap, PPF, ceramic coating, or damage history that could affect results

6) Payments

  • Payment is due when service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We may accept multiple payment methods depending on availability.

  • If a deposit is required for your appointment or service type, it will be disclosed before booking.

7) Cancellations and No-Shows

Mobile appointments reserve travel time and materials.

  • Reschedule/cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice: no penalty in most cases.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: may be subject to a cancellation fee and/or forfeiture of any deposit (if applicable).

We try to be reasonable—life happens—but repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to book future appointments.

8) Results and Limitations (Realistic Expectations)

Cosmetic paint repair is skilled work, but results vary based on real-world factors.

  • Color matching can vary due to factory paint variation, sun fade, lighting, panel angle, and surrounding paint condition.

  • Some damage (deep gouges, deformation, edge damage, corrosion, cracked panels, severe impact) may not be fully correctable with mobile methods.

  • Repairs can significantly improve appearance but may not equal a full panel repaint performed in a controlled spray booth.

By booking service, you acknowledge these limitations.

9) Lifetime of Ownership Workmanship Guarantee (Non-Transferable)

Tesla Touch Up guarantees our workmanship for the life of the vehicle as long as you own it. This guarantee is non-transferable and ends if the vehicle is sold, traded in, or ownership changes.

This guarantee covers workmanship-related issues on the repaired area under normal use. It does not cover:

  • New damage (rock chips, impacts, accidents, vandalism)

  • Abuse, neglect, or improper aftercare

  • Harsh chemicals or improper washing methods that damage the finish

  • Pre-existing conditions or prior repairs that affect adhesion or durability (especially if not disclosed before service)

  • Aftermarket modifications or rework by third parties on the repaired area

If you believe there’s an issue covered by this guarantee, contact us promptly and include photos so we can evaluate and schedule a correction if needed.

10) Aftercare

We will provide aftercare instructions after service (for example, when it’s safe to wash the area). For best results, you agree to follow those instructions.

11) Website Use and Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (text, images, logos, design) are owned by Tesla Touch Up or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.

12) Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites (maps, social platforms, payment portals). We are not responsible for third-party websites or their policies.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tesla Touch Up will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tesla Touch Up from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
